Learn More California is a statewide, grassroots campaign to restore California’s place as one of the best public school systems in the nation. It is a campaign to empower parents, community leaders, businesspeople, and local educators to play a meaningful role in "giving schools the tools to succeed. "
Learn More California has three primary goals:
- Transparency : Helping the public understand local school finances and their relationship to student achievement.
- Vision: Training educators to lead their community in the development of a clear vision for the future of their schools based on local values and beliefs.
- Advocacy: Empowering local communities to share their visions, and the resources and reforms necessary to implement them, with opinion leaders and decision makers at the regional and state levels.
